Dirt contains a natural antidepressant. The sun strengthens our bones. Mountain biking makes us happy. So do donuts. If you want to en-gooden your life, join us on Sunday afternoons for some shred-tastic mountain biking and yummy donuts. Yeah! There are no trophies involved, and nobody cares if you're out of shape, hungover, or have awakened like Gregor Samsa to find you've transformed into a giant insect. Whatever. Just get your bike and come with us. Meet us at the trailhead at the specified time. The first twelve riders will get a donut. If you're the 13th person to arrive, you may have to wear the empty box as a helmet. If more than 12 people start showing up for these rides, we'll start bringing more donuts.
